SimplyPoster accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will be debited from your account once the order has been sent.
SimplyPoster uses an authorised payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your details cannot be intercepted.
Once you have placed your order, it will generally be shipped within 24 hours. We use PostNord to deliver our orders. We strive to deliver 1-3 business days after you have placed your order.
2 years’ warranty are provided under the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
SimplyPoster will cover delivery costs to a reasonable extent.

If we agree on a reimbursement, we will refund the amount to the card used to make the purchase.
Right of cancellation
We offer a 14-day returns policy on goods purchased from our Webshop.
The period begins on the date your order is delivered.
You are responsible for all return delivery costs.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of your purchase and the cancelled goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation.
E-mail your notice of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message, please make it clear that you want to exercise your right of cancellation.
The product’s condition when you return it
You are liable for any reduction in product value due to other handling of the product than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of it. In other words – you can may try out the item in the same way as if you tried it on in a physical store.
If the product has been tried out beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that after returning it, you will only get part, or none, of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to have the entire purchase amount returned to you, you must therefore do only what you would be allowed to do in a physical store. You are allowed to try out the product, but not put it into actual use.
